According to UEFA, three teams recently playing in the Champions League and Europa League—Bayern Munich, Galatasaray, and AEK Athens—were fined for crowd disruptions.
Following Bayern’s 2-1 Champions League victory over FC Copenhagen, the Control, Ethics and Disciplinary Body of UEFA fined the team 40,000 euros ($42,380.00) for the fireworks and object throwing by their supporters.
In connection with their 3-2 Champions League victory away to Manchester United, Galatasaray was fined a total of 51,500 euros ($54,564.25) for misdemeanours that included hurling objects, lighting pyrotechnics, doing acts of vandalism, and causing disturbances in the crowd.

Ajax Amsterdam and AEK Athens drew 1-1 at home in the Europa League. As a result of blocking pedestrian walkways, throwing objects, using a laser pointer, and lighting pyrotechnics, AEK Athens was additionally fined 81,625 euros ($86,481.69).
